Size guide

Archive items cannot be exchanged but can only be refunded in the form of a store credit valid for one year on our website, provided they meet our return conditions.

Generous cut, however we advise you to take the usual size of your child. Press studs between the legs, to facilitate changing for little ones, and autonomy for the bigger kids.

Delivery and returns

Shipping:

France (Metropolitan): Delivery in 2-3 business days via DPD, 3-7 business days via Mondial Relay, and next-day delivery via Chronopost.
Europe & International: Delivery within 2-9 business days (excluding customs processing), depending on the carrier selected during checkout.

For collection launches or restocks, some items may be available for pre-order, with the estimated shipping date displayed next to the price or in your order summary. If one of the items in your order isn’t immediately available, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.

Returns:
If our return conditions are met, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.

Certain items have specific return conditions:

Personalized items cannot be returned.
Elvie products can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
Items purchased in the out’lait section, clearance, or archives cannot be exchanged or refunded, but you can receive store credit.
