General Terms & Conditions of Use
It must be noted that per Article 17 of the GTC: Language - In the event of a translation of the GTC in one or more languages, the language of interpretation shall be French in the event of a contradiction or dispute as to the meaning of a term or provision.
The purpose of the present General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as " GTU") is to define and regulate the terms and conditions of use of the website www.tajinebanane.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site ") by users (hereinafter referred to as "the Users ").
In order to access the Site, as well as all its services, you must accept without reservation these Terms and Conditions of Use in their latest version and comply with them.

3. Services Offered by the Site
The purpose of the Site is the presentation, sale and promotion of the Publisher's products (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). These Services include:
- The possibility for the User to purchase one or more products marketed by the Publisher. To do so, they must refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale made available to them.
- The possibility for the User to subscribe to a newsletter service, allowing him/her to be regularly informed of the latest news and information relating to the Publisher and its products. To do so, the User must, on the Site, in the Newsletter section, fill in their email address, to which the newsletter will be sent.

5. Acceptance of the GTUs
Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance and compliance with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. This acceptance and this respect are deemed to be given by the User at the opening of the Site.
The GTU apply, as needed, to any variation or extension of the Site on existing or future social networks and / or community.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the Site, the Services and the GTU, in particular to adapt to changes in the Site by providing new features or the removal or modification of existing features.
The User is therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions of Use, accessible at any time on the Site, before any navigation. In the event of disagreement with the GTU, no use of the Site may be made by the User.
6. Access and Navigation
Access and navigation on the Site, allowing the User to benefit from the Services, is via an Internet connection.
The Publisher implements the technical solutions at its disposal to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Publisher is subject to an obligation of means with regard to access and navigation on the Site and makes its best efforts to guarantee this access and navigation. Nevertheless, it cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of the Site and unavailability of the Services and therefore cannot pay any compensation to the User.
The Publisher may at any time suspend, limit or interrupt access to the Site or to certain pages of it in order to carry out updates, changes to its content or any other action deemed necessary for its proper functioning.

It is also strictly forbidden to monetize, sell or grant access to all or part of the Site, as well as to the information it contains.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the provisions of this article or, more generally, any breach of laws and regulations, the Publisher reserves the right to take all appropriate measures, to seek damages and interest and to take any legal action.
8. Hypertext Links
The Site may contain hypertext links pointing to other websites over which the Publisher has no control. Despite the prior and regular checks carried out by the Editor, the latter declines all responsibility for the content that can be found on these sites.
In addition, prior information from the Site Editor is required before any hypertext links are set up.
Sites disseminating information of an illicit, violent, controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature or which may be harmful to the sensitivity of the majority are excluded from this authorisation.
Finally, the Publisher reserves the right to remove at any time a hypertext link pointing to its Site, if it considers it does not comply with its editorial policy.
The Publisher is not responsible for transactions between the User and any advertiser to which the User is directed through the Site and can in no way be a party to any dispute in this regard.

The structuring of the Site but also the texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos, computer applications and databases, which make it up, as well as the trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to the Publisher's products presented, sold and promoted on the Site (hereinafter referred to as " the Protected Elements "), are the property of the Publisher and are protected as such by the laws in force under intellectual property.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the Protected Elements, by any process whatsoever, without the prior, express and written permission of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and would be likely to constitute an infringement within the meaning of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any practice known as "webcrawling" is also prohibited
Access to and use of the Site does not constitute recognition of any right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property rights relating to the Protected Elements, which remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.
The User is forbidden to enter data on the Site that would modify or be likely to modify its content or appearance.

11. Applicable Law and Relevant Jurisdiction
The GTUs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement within one (1) month from the occurrence of the dispute, the dispute will be brought before the relevant courts of Paris.
