Shipping & Returns

If you do not have an account, you can also click through to our new "Make a Return" portal at the bottom of our site.

- Please note that we do not have access to the notes sent in your packages. We therefore rely on email exchanges at bonjour@tajinebanane.fr please always notify us by email in a timely manner of any information that may differ from what was originally stated.

Returning Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. Your request is made within 14 days after receiving the order.

2. The item is in its original condition and has not been washed.

3. The item was never worn - except for the fitting.

If you are not sure whether your shirt is suitable for an exchange - e.g. if the 14-day period has been exceeded or if it is a reduced-price item - simply contact us vis the Support Bubble.

Please note:

Tajinebanane reserves the right to refuse a return if an article does not meet the below conditions.

Only items in its original condition will be accepted - all labels attached.

The article has never been washed or worn - exept the try-on.

If the returned article has been washed, stained (make-up, deodorant stains, sweat marks, etc.) or if it has a strong smell (e.g. perfume or cooking), we reserve the right to refuse the return of this article.

Please understand that we cannot accept these items as we will not be able to put them back on sale.

How to proceed with exchanges or returns?

If you have a customer account, sign in and click on the "Orders" tab, or, if you do not have an account, click on the following link.
Then follow the steps!

For free exchanges or returns:

Free exchanges or returns are calculated based on your loyalty level and the shipping address of your order. To be eligible for a free exchange or return:

- You must be level 3 Lait-xperte (one free exchange or return every two months) or level 4 Lait-gendary (one return per day).

- Find all the conditions of our loyalty program on the Breastfast Club - The shipping address of your order must be in France or in the European Union. Please return the items by post (Colissimo), using the prepaid label provided by us, within 14 days of your exchange or return request. Please always notify us via the Support bubble in a timely manner of any information that may differ from the exchange or return request made.


For exchanges or returns at your expense:

Simply return the item by Colissimo to the following address with your delivery slip slipped inside, no later than 14 days after your request for exchange or return:

If you no longer have the delivery note, simply download and replace it with the return form by clicking on this link.

Upon receipt of the package and according to your request:

- We will make the exchange (subject to stock) and we will contact you by mail.

- We will proceed with the refund (after deduction of the return shipping costs, if any) and you will receive an automatic notification by e-mail. The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, either from the reception of the products by our team or after the customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, the date retained being the first of these options completed. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction, unless TAJINEBANANE and the customer expressly agree in writing on a different means. In any case, this refund shall not entail any costs for the customer. We shall not be bound to reimburse the additional costs if the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method proposed.

- We will issue a credit note linked to your customer account and send you the code by email. Certain reasons for exchanges or returns will require the intervention of the Customer Service Team. For this, you will be advised to contact us via the Support bubble. 

Shipping costs and delivery times

Any order placed on our website before 12 noon (except Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next working day.

Exceptions:

- Restocking of a product: Sometimes a slightly longer preparation time is necessary (approx. 2 to 4 working days) before the order can be shipped. This would then be indicated on the respective product page.

- Newly released product: We also refer to the respective article page. In some cases the preparation time can be extended up to 2 weeks. This affects the entire order, even if other articles of your order are in stock.

This is the time of shipment on behalf of the supplier and must be considered in addition to the preparation time (see above).
