Delivery


For any order placed on our website before 12:00pm (except weekends and holidays), shipment will take place the same day. Otherwise, the order will be prepared and shipped the next business day.


During collections releases, restocking or promotions, the preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer. Our teams do everything possible to deliver your items as quickly as possible.When a shipping date is announced on the product sheet, it is this one that you must take into account. If you order several items, not all available at the same time, we will wait until we receive all the items ordered before shipping your package.


All prices on this page are stated include all taxes. Depending on the delivery address, the VAT will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products (or, when the order is for several garments delivered separately, from the receipt of the last product) to make your return request for an exchange, refund or credit.


Please check in advance that you meet the return requirements below and note that returns are at your charge if you are not in Levels 3&4 of our loyalty programme, The Breastfast Club.


1. the garment has not been worn - Except for the fitting.
2. the garment is in its original condition.
3. it has not been washed or stained (make-up, deodorant stains, traces of sweat, odors, etc.).


We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above conditions and cannot guarantee a refund of postage.

This return policy does not apply to personalized products. All items that have been personalized at the time of order cannot be returned.

In case of a refund request, the complimentary items (added to your cart automatically for free) must also be returned if your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer that allowed you to receive them.

Please note, that Out'lait items will not be exchanged or refunded. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us in accordance with the return policy. To do this, select "Obtain a credit note" when you request a return on the website.

For all modification requests or second returns we also ask you to contact us via the support bubble.


Depending on the type of return you have asked for, upon receipt of the package:

- We will make the exchange at our expense (subject to stock) via the carrier initially chosen. You will receive a notification of it, as soon as the replacement order has left our warehouse.

- We will proceed to reimburse you as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the recovery of the products by our services. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used to place the initial order.

- Or we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift card linked to your customer account that you will receive by email.

Items purchased at Mom Sweet Home, our boutique in Bordeaux, must be returned directly to the boutique.
